The original What About Murder? (1981) identified as we will as annotated 239 books about mystery as we will as detective fiction published through the end of 1981. In slightly more than a decade, the production of such works has so increased that this supplement covers over 350 titles in the original categories (general histories, reference books, volumes on special subjects, collected essays as we will as reviews, technical manuals, as we will as works on individual authors), most of them published between 1981 as we will as 1991, with a few 1992 titles.
